    Good Benefits but Poor Management
The good thingsThe organization provides its employees with commendable benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and uniforms.
The challengesThis company has an excessive workload, and they fail to support their employees during challenging times. Instead of providing opportunities to learn from mistakes, they tend to penalize them without any leeway.

    Fantastic
The good thingsMY World is a family that truly cares for your well being. I have never felt so attached to an organization before this. The boss knows you personally and remember details about you that makes you feel valued as an individual to the company.
The challengesUnfortunately being in the childcare role is a tiring and endless job. The company was great but I could not handle being in a childcare for long.

A Family-centred working environment for all
The good thingsA supportive management that provides staff the opportunity to grow and develop. A good working place to learn and develop onself in the EC sector.
The challengesManpower crunch in the sector and middle management like Principals or Vice Principals need to stand in class due to a very lean manpower when teachers are absence from work or inadequate teachers in the preschool. Perhaps ECDA can look into providing more teachers or teacher assistants in this sector so that the well being of all staff in the sector including leaders are taking care of.
