    Good place with potential
The good thingsThere were many awesome (not everyone, but many) people to work with. Lots of good food around the place. Very accessible. The academy does have a bright future ahead with the upcoming new arts University.
The challengesThere was historical baggage that needs to be reviewed, although they are trying... As with many other workplaces, there could be some politics on the management level.

The good thingsThe colleagues are kind, friendly and collaborative. The way they work is very comfortable for me. They allow me to involve my ideas and innovate freely and the way they focus on customer satisfaction also makes me feel passionate and satisfied in what I am doing.
The challengesThe challenges can be said as the tech. To fulfill the requirements, we need to research and apply modern technologies and this is the same for every company in this tech-focused age. I love learning new things so I also love this challenge.

    Leading Arts Institution
The good thingsProvides learning opportunities and growth for employees and promotes meritocracy. But there are some institutional culture and working habits that one has to adjust in order to do well.. Working environment and colleagues are great. Wonderful learning environment too.
The challengesThere are some institutional culture and working habits that one has to adjust in order to do well. But luckily working environment and colleagues are great. Like most companies, it is a place that has its own history and values. But its nonetheless a great place to work.

Stable but Challenging Jobs, Feels like working in a big family
The good thingsGood Admin support and work in a very harmonious environment where there are not much politics. Colleague will treat you with respect if you are doing your job properly. When you help them in times of need they will help you back.
The challengesIt is an Art to manage and deal with Artist, Performer and Designer, However you will achieve a high level of satisfaction when you win them over as they will always be there to support you. As for Management its a more top down rather than a bottom up. So at Time there Views may not be heard as the New top man already have in mind what he wants and as such can be challenging if not fustrating.
