    The good thingsWelfare benefits are very good. Working hours are flexible. Staffs are friendly and good environment due to open concept office. No pressure.
    The challengesTemporary contract job. Every week can see staffs packing and clearing their tables and suddenly leave. No job security. Frequency of changing staffs affects morale in office and creates fear though everyone is hush hush.

    The challengesMost decision will have to refer back to US engineering. Engineers here hardly have a say. Company will do all they can to under cut your salary. Salary payment is prompt through. But if thinking of increment, will have to keep praying. Especially if there is an change of work title or scope to a higher level.

    The good thingsSteady career progression, good work colleagues and interesting work. The company enjoys a dominant position in the market and thus there is always work in the pipeline unless the entire market collapses.
    The challengesCompany has been built on M&A which can make it challenging to figure out all the different business systems, procedures and work cultures. Current market conditions are extremely challenging leading to many layoffs.

    The challengesMachines aren't all the same, different machines can have different problem. To always find the best way to make things right is the challenge we face everyday. People from the yard can barely speak or understand English, so it's also tough to communicate.
