    A great, stable workplace.
The good thingsThe culture is good and the staff are respectful towards one another. Office location is usually situated in the parks and garden. The place instils a lot of community-driven initiatives to drive a sense of ownership for the park users/ general public.
The challengesGeneral members of the public may have a stigmatised view towards some of our policies. It requires a certain degree of tact and acute sympathy to react professionally,

    Eye opener and educational
The good thingsThere is a variety of things to learn. Also, I get to be exposed to tender documentation creation, which is my passion in work. The location of the office is awesome! Full of nature and greenery, it brightens your day even when the work is tough and goes into overtime. I look forward to having more opportunities to be involved in tender documentation as in my past few jobs, this have been what I enjoyed doing most - Tender documents creation. I hope to be able to find a next job which can also give me such a joyful and lucrative experience. Cheers
The challengesThe works is very diverse, as such I cannot learn too in detail about each aspect. Also, the work scopes were rather tedious with multiple minor defects to look into each time. Working with many departments can also be a double edged sword, as the process and the requirements for the project to be completed or even start takes a much longer duration. Stiff working opportunities too, but it fulfils the contract.
