Challenging work but not much career progression
The good thingsAreas of learning were plenty. I had good exposure, the department I worked at, the bosses were encouraging and a good leader.
The challengesThe career prospect was slow and HR is not clear about what are the criteria for doing well in your career there. The remuneration was low as well.

The good thingsLocation is decent. Colleagues can be fun and supportive. Mission of org is good.
The challengesManagement is filled with sycophants. Poor training opportunities. Bad bosses/supervisors aplenty and too focused on protecting their rice bowls at the expense of younger charges. HR dept massively incompetent.

Great place to expand your network if working in MED
The good thingsVery inclusive working environment. Every employee's opinions are valued and considered. There is no elitism in the ranks of work as all employees are equal.
The challengesNot exactly the place if you wish to work in a fast paced company. There are great ideas and solutions but are hindered by the slightly backwards information technology infrastructure.

    Employee benefits are great!
The good thingsBenefits are great for employees. Especially for those whom wish to start a family or even further their studies. Work/life balance is above average unless date(s) needs to be met. Friendly environment with family orientated colleagues who always address each other as brothers or sisters. Key appointments holders are friendly and approachable. Overall, one of the best place to be in if you're looking at a long term career plan.
The challengesExtreme change in policy which makes things difficult and complicated. Although difficulties have been addressed as an employee who gets the job done, but management feels otherwise and insist that their right. SOP oriented management with no flexibility for a win-win situation.
