    The challengesPatient load during peak hour can be challenging, some patients can be rude, but you get patients and family members from both end of spectrum.

    great opportunity to grow and improve skills which we should do.
    The good thingsGreat promotion, given task/side in a team for us to shine and also given us the chance to progress further in our portfolio. They review our strength and weaknesses and from there they will give us feedbacks and really advice us to grow well in the industry.
    The challengesLots of research work and also improvise things in the department for a seamless and great working environment. A protocol is a must but needs to review when there is a hiccup along the way.

    The challengesThe systems could have been better. A lot of grey areas where you also have to seek supervisor's approval. Many times the management make judgement based on 'feel' basis.

    The good thingsNice place to work in, all the necessary amneties provided, Pantry, hot water, refrigerator, gym, staff lounge. Lunch places readily available and abundant. There is no shortages of places for food. Employee wellness is well taken of with activities and events every now and then, discount perks for shopping n dining within hospital's shops. Overall a good place to work in.
    The challengesDepending on the department you work in and people you work with. As the groups are generally categorised into Admin and Medical staff. Dome dept may have limited number of admin staff ehich may affect employee interaction as medical staff are usually on grounds during office hours.

    The good thingsThe work are given as per job descriptions so no worries on unfinish jobs or even too many uncompleted tasks. Jobs timing are fixed and no weekend work as it a office hour if you are working in clinics base
    The challengesThe management could look more into staffs improvement and efficient management. Often talented staff are treated as boot licking and unlike by co colleague. The system to grading the staff performance could also be improved.

    The good thingsI love the culture over there, they would encourage staff to make a difference by putting in changes through technology. Change management is something that will also make a difference, driving change is a challenge and it indeed wonderful, as it benefits the staff, patient and everyone that is receiving treatment. I am happy to be there to help in as a change agent and provide critical decisions.
    The challengesThe challenge to implement change is always three elements; people, technology and process. As technology has taken into placed, I would also consider speed, we do not want to be seeing hourglass flipping in front of us endlessly. In addition, technology is always a costing to the organization, which you will need to justify to the senior management.

    The challengesEmployment took two and a half month to process (local Singaporean or residents) with risks of loosing track or mess up (wrong advertisement only to be realized after posted for a month) with the employment. Financial staffs who are not helpful and does not have a clear idea of his/ her job scope. Set \"road blocks\" by simply saying no instead of coming up with solutions.
