    idealistic, kind folks
    The good thingsvery comfortable working environment, really nice people, good place to chill and mix. bonded and stays in touch for a long time.
    The challengesseems to be a disorientation in work load, some departments are free 50% of the time, others are pushed to the extreme. pay is lowest I've seen, people work for ideals here. attended 5-6 sendoff parties during my attachment.
