    The good thingsFrom colleagues become a good friends. Hang out with them for makan. Love to visit them on weekend.
    The challengesA company does not manage the staffs well. Let a staff work so much jobs, including weekend when it suppose to be a rest day

    The challengesThe working location is very far and poor maintained. The company is not growing as they kept changing the top mgmt team. Really time wasting of working there as everything is slow , stagnant. Their company design is like 30 to 40 years ago, very old and the area there is like a third world country. Dirty and dusty.

    The good thingsThe relative free play given in conceptualizing and executing marketing/branding programs. Supportive co-workers and management. Established and credible brand name. Reasonable employees benefits.
    The challengesLocation may be a bit of a challenge for those who work in the HQ as office location requires a fair bit of walking in to access.
