    serious financial problem
    The good thingsgain overseas exposure, able to work in different countries experiencing different culture my immediate boss is supportive of what I do to deliver the results
    The challengesBe prepared to work without receiving salary for a few months due to financial difficulties to pay the suppliers for YEARS, suppliers may not support you. Hence really have to be street smart or worst BEG Maybe that is why they change company name from NauticAWT

    Good international exposure let down by nepotic management
    The good thingsRelative empowerment to undertake high level decisions within a certain limit. Great international exposure. Aggressive sales and marketing.
    The challengesCompany and HR is a control freak who values long serving staff and family more than performance and potential. Company scrimps on certain expenditure to keep costs low and focuses too much on sales at expense of quality.

    The good thingsA lot to learn, good for technical oriented people.
    The challengesChinaman style company (though CEO is European, but HR are very chinaman thinking). No bonus no increment, delay salary.
