Correct gathering customer and irate client/s. Update on dail/weekly/monthly expenses. Company expenses, shortage and profits shown to all of us. Self evaluation and team evaluation wether your improving or need an internal assistance
    The challengesKnow what is the company you are working for deep research for the sake of your utmost understanding so you have the reason to work long last as possible. Now if you already get what company you belong know the rules and regulations of once company for your security and consistency with the company. Know the people around you. People you will work with as much as possible choose/find the good on.
