Suitable for those people who wanna learn new technologies and new things related to IT. But, management is not good and totally don't know what is happening in ground.
The good thingsYou can work with many professional with different background together in a team and can share knowledge and experiences and also can learn new technologies while involving in different kinds of projects especially government projects. Really very good in terms of obtaining new experiences and learning new technologies.
The challengesManagement should try to reach ground level to be able to understand what is really happening and how their employees' feeling and the truth about.

A place to enhance your skills. But Stressful.
The good thingsA lot of technologies to hands on and get familiar with. You are able to develop your skills and ample space for learning. The company provides training for skill development. Some plus sides includes: 1. Handing pressure in your own terms 2. Company Risk and tolerance is very high 3. you will not be fire unless a major event/ incident takes place, or you resign.
The challengesHigh work pressure place . Teaches you to be independent. Work to life balance is very disproportionate. Very badly manpowered ( Under staffed ) So be prepared to be doing 2 to 3 guys of work. Work load is tremendous at times. The salary is very low compared to the peer companies. Management is very badly staffed with unqualified personals, So don't expect to approach management unless you prepare all documentations in layman terms. Expect the management to respond with problems or incident to only cover their bottoms.

Great learning and hands on opportunity at a cost
The good thingsManagement is not technically very strong. Hence, there is room to learn and pick up everything on the job. Management is willing to let you take responsibility for whole projects (sometimes very big). There are a mix of commercial and government projects. Responses are fast from clients and they require fast fixes to problems as well.
The challengesWhile the opportunity for learning is great, very few good and efficient employees stay very long and for good reason. Management is lacking in technical and management skills. Most of them are sales people who have managed to climb through the ranks. Others are seat warmers who talk more than doing actual work. Ground level/engineers are almost always underappreciated, mismanaged and overworked.
