    The good thingsTeam work, colleague are nice and helpful. A lot of team day and lunch party for every achievement. Not a stingy company definitely. Work load wise is pretty light medium i would say. (Compare with my ex employer E.M)

    The challengesNo growth prospect. Company is growing exponentially and hire external to support the growth. Best to come in at a comfortable level and stays there forever.
