How it feels working at Nestle
The good thingsGood company for being a family oriented company with competitive package and benefits to its employees. As of now, Nestle is the best company I work for. Nestle will not give you thr reason to leave the company rather add more attractable benifits and package in order for the employee to stay.
The challengesConsidering it is the biggest FMCG company, it would ask your patience in doing all needed reports given on a weekly basis but very considerate and understandable superiors. It will depends on how you perform as an employee.
