    The good thingsNot many good things to mention as company internally pretty messy
    The challengesClearly overworked if you do some of the most demanding projects and there is no one to turn to when there is a issue. Best is not to be engineer in the company and apply for other roles. Compensation is little and there is no OT claims for weekends

    The good thingsAs long as u don't do those high demand products u can basically be MIA and even slack in the office everyday
    The challengesSales Managers over promised customers Presales consultants not strong technically Project managers just allocate engineers and don't have strong technical background of the products Engineers basically has no one to turn to when hit a rock and some seniors don't even guide the juniors. Basically people come and go very fast..

    Pro and con of working at netpoleons
    The good thingsFlexible working hours as no need to report office or clock man hours. This due to some engineers having more work while others relax in office
    The challengesTop Management has little clue of what is going on the ground. Presales are technical weak in their products. Project managers just allocate engineers and be middle man. Really need to look into many areas to excel profit for the company.

    The good things*Work life balance. *Flexible working hours as it is not a requirement to report to office when having projects *Seldom weekends jobs
    The challenges*Don't know whether the company is earning profit as the projects all seems to be low in cost *Presales are not strong in their technical knowledge so a lot depend on engineers to carry out the projects

    The good things1) Stepping stone to learn technical skill - implementation/designing of IT network - Troubleshooting skills 2) Exposure to work with different customers, and brushing up of communication skills with customer
    The challenges- Irregular working hours - Poor pay compensation - Limited guidance from management / seniors - Stress environment - Not recognize of amount of effort spend for the company
