    The challengesClients, they might be argumentative regarding their rental, purchases of nets products. But being polite and tactful was my highlight.

    The good thingsComing from merchant acquisition and Bank Relationship Deptment. Overall rating is good. NETS is an environment to get hands wet in Fintech in Electronic Payments. Being a medium size company in Singapore. One will get to get a good feel in knowing Terminal Software, Terminal Rental Services and eCommerce Sales.
    The challengesA very challenging environment with dynamic group of stakeholders to managed. Cross-function roles is being assigned from time to time. This business is 24 hrs. To keep up with technology regular security changes and terminals software enhancement is deemed inevitable. Business dynamics changes very fast and keeping up with rapid decision changes is a challenge.However, it is deemed exciting.

    The good thingsyou can relax since no matter how hard you try, they will not move any faster due to stubborn people, tedious processes, legacy systems and every changing management directions.
    The challengestoo many to describe.. bad people, system, processes and management styles and lots of politics/gossips to deal with instead of actual delivery.

    Great Place to work
    The good things- Great place to work with family culture oriented - Good exposure of Payment Systems - Stable company with good revenue as MAS partner in payment systems and Banking clients
    The challenges- For contract/outsource employee is hard to be converted as permanent - Most of the benefits goes to top management old folks, less benefits for people who actually doing the ground job.

    The good thingsThe previous CEO & CTO and manage the company much better than the current and work well/closely with the staff.
    The challengesThe management should increase profit by getting more sales instead of cutting/reducing staff to cut costs, especially asking the contributing long service staff the leave the company.
