Not a good place to work
The good thingsThe work hours. Everyone would go home on time. The office works five days a week.
The challengesThe management had no clue. How the company was running it was not known. There is too much pressure on the job and management would never help if there is any problem

Not a good choice if you are a junior position
The good thingsThe average bonus is about 2-5 months. Shuttle bus to company daily from Jurong east and clementi MRT Station, where office is located at clementi pandan loop. Jobs scope are well allocated, grey area scope is relatively lesser. Is one of the sister company to Mewah Group which is public listed company, the financial background is strong. Using SAP system where reduce the mistakes.
The challengesNo proper HR team to manage the stuffs welfare. The only HR in the office is handling accounting jobs as well, she is accounting oriented rather than personnel oriented. Food choices are very limited at pandan loop area. Very obvious pyramid type Organizational Hierarchy, junior stuffs may find difficulty to survive, or to be promoted as juniors platform to perform are very limited.
