    Bad experience
    The good things-5.5 days no need to work on public holidays and Sunday -Staff benefits
    The challenges-Everything have to been done during the 3 months probation, no extension -Insufficient trainings were provided at the nestling branch.Most of the time doing picking and packing of medications -At the actual branch,no proper guidance and teaching were given.When things were not done well as they expected,negative feedbacks were given and even commented that I have no basic drug knowledge and courtesy .

    Good for people who want job security. But there's much career advancement unless you are very capable and outstanding. Management expectation is too great.
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly. Staff benefits are good, bosses are very understanding.
    The challengesvery often, we need to get several level of approval for a simple piece of work. at times, we even need to get opinion from the entire company.

    The good thingsMy preceptor is very patient and willing to guide me during the internship.
    The challengesThe patient crowd is heavy sometimes but usually everyone will get use to it over time.
