    “Simple, bake perfect.A dough with no preservatives, made from organic French flour and our own sourdough, moulded lovingly by hand, let to prove naturally in our wooden cabinet and baked in stone ovens.” Our StoryMaster Baker Chef Nick Chua, a highly-acclaimed artisan baker was trained in Hanover, German to skilfully master the art of bread and pastries. It is his perseverance, creativity and passion that inspired Nick Vina Artisan Bakery, which began operating in October 2011 with a solid vision; to promote traditional European artisan bread. Chef Nick recently a Top 5 finalist " Bakery of the Year 2021" organized by the World Gourmet Summit.Nick Vina Artisan Bakery was set up in year end 2011 with a philosophy “Simple bake Prefect “and our mission to bake healthy bread for the community with responsibility. From farming, milling to baking, all manage by ourselves with our working partners in Germany. We are the first retail bakery in Singapore awarded Healthy Choice Bakery by the Singapore Health Promotion board and the first retail bakery in Singapore endorsed by US Whole Grain Council. With using different types of Wheat Rye , Spelt , Grains and seeds, it has grained itself some reputation and recognition with approved Health Choice Symbol as well as many Chefs which we support them for their new menu creation
