Good Culture & Work Live Balance
The good thingsGood culture that takes care of employees' wellness. Good listening skills from management. The environment is friendly and good teamwork among offices. Management does not behave with hectic way even during high-stress situations. Company encourages team member looking for jobs in interest by internal transfer.
The challengesContrary, management is conservative for opportunities for improvement. Some managers could be unskilled/ inexperienced to the managerial role due to departments' reorganization. Generally, majority team members could be lacking of knowledge in advance PC skills(VB macro, ms office etc), if you are skilled on it, you would be obliged to help for all of them.
