    The good thingsPROPER MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES ARE STRAIGHT FORWARD EMPLOYESS ARE FOCUSED AND KEEN TO TAKE WORK CHALLENGES AS WELL AS ACQUIRE NEW SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN EMPLOYEE AND MANAGERS IS CONSTANTLY CLEAR AND PRECISE. EMPLOYEES HAVE AN OPEN MIND IN SEEKING FOR ADVICE FROM HR OR THEIR IMMEDIATE MANAGERS WHEN THEY ARE FACING WORK PROBLEMS. Employees, Managers and even top management have a casual conservation taking place regularly in the company.

    Be prepared for no work-life balance
    The good thingsThe good things are, my colleagues often share the same thoughts as me. If not for my colleagues, I would have resigned long ago.
    The challengesThere is no 13th month AWS. You are often required to work overtime, as the company is massively short of manpower and the management does not want to hire more manpower. This results in no work life balance for the lower level (below supervisor). It can be said that the company treat its employees like robots.
