Trusted branding in their own market, but soon to be moving down hill due to poor leader
The good thingsIf you enjoy playing politics at work, this is the place for you. Else, for those who are seeking for a proper career, recommendation is to stay away and seek your growth else where.
The challengesNarrow minded, poor foresight and weak leadership in the company. Work culture is toxic and very political, there is no collaboration between management, everyone has own personal political agenda all because leadership allowed it to happen.

The good thingsStaff are all friendly and approachable no matter which department they are working at. Meals and transportation are provided to and fro. Wide range of food choices to choose from & taste nice as well. Healthy desserts every Friday, and exercises every morning on Monday. What a great way to work & stay fit at the same time.
The challengesHaving to work under pressure may be a challenge to some as it can be stressful at times with deadlines to finish. Needed some time to adjust to working environment as smelling of paints can give you an headache.
