    The good thingsHaving to know a bunch of good colleagues under same department.
    The challengesManagement did not even set good example to the staff to follow. And the management only want sales. Poor management skills!

    The good thingsEmployer does not give good to impress employees. All the employer all wants to show off the knowledge, push employees so that they can present the to Board of Directors.
    The challengesChange a better management. Don't do it for the seek of impress Board of Directors.
