    One more thing, their pay is way lower than market rate with no bonus and 13 months. Please consider before joining them.

    The challengesThis is my first time write review to employer. This employer is the worst I ever work with. I have been experience on salary late payment during my employment for a few times. The worst thing is after I officially quit my job on last month 29th July, till now I didn't get my salary at ALL. HR was very rude and impolite, refuse to provide date on when I am getting my salary. They did not even want to reply my email. Today is 19th August. Beware for any new joiners, good luck.

    The challengesUsers are quite hard to manage for entry levels, especially in hospitals environments. Have to deal with nasty doctors and nurses most of the time.

    Not recommend unless you are desperate for a job
    The good thingsOnly good thing that I met a few good colleagues that helped me when I was a new joiner.
    The challengesSalary is low for the job scope and no bonuses at all. Management is not concerned with the high turnover rate and individual employees' performance, be ready to tank your colleagues if you are a good performer. Job can be stressful at times as users are demanding. Career progression depends on luck and timing.

    The good thingsIf you are looking for “just a job” and need to be hired fast regardless of compensation, then this company is for you. Do note that this company is only a Recruitment Agency, not solutions company.

    The challengesManagement dont care of staff welfare 2 months notice period even if you're a permanent staff No bonuses and low salary Work is stressful and work life balance Insufficient training for new staff. OJT is you discover learning by yourself. Minimal supervision. Have to explore yourself. HR and management dont take feedback seriously. Will not reply your emails and text.

    Weird Chain-of-Command
    The good thingsHas a good portfolio of important clients in the industry
    The challengesTheir recruitment is all over the place, with people from India and Malaysia calling 10 times for the same position. Cuz of dis, they take more than 3 days to call you and call you at odd hours due to time zone not being same-same as SG. Other local agency revert back to you in 1 hour.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working with my colleagues here because all of them was really fun to be with. But with the company itself I don't think there is a good thing I can tell about them because they don't have a process. They eliminate employees without enough due process.
    The challengesThey could have given their past employees due process because it's really not fair. And I was hoping for the to act professional.
