    Great work/life balance and company culture
    The good thingsThere are teams of helpful and encouraging individuals that go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and that workload is reasonable.
    The challengesThere isn't much for progression and improvement given the flat hierarchy but it does allow you to grow horizontally and be multi-skilled.

    The good thingsPeople here are friendly and they are just like your another family. The working environment here is really nice. Many chances to learn on the business.
    The challengesAs we are a global company, the time zone difference might be challenging when trying to get hold of colleagues or suppliers at the other end.
