    Lack of supervision and training before going "solo".
    The good thingsGood place to gain exposure and experience. Welcomed well by colleagues.
    The challengesLack of supervision and wasn't taught enough before going "solo". Other colleagues busy with their own work and there are too many things to absorb during the 2nd week. Needs to implement OJT before giving new staff a console.

    The good thingsThe employer trusted me with my experiences to manage the sales team and overseas offices. The boss is revolutionary with his opinions and this makes the objectives easier to understand. The environment is nice and the staff relationship with each other is cordial with respect for each person role and responsibility
    The challengesThe company has not been doing well in the last few years but we are on the right track to achieve profitability in a more consistent manner. The older staff and mindset proved another challenge. Earned their respect and you gained their support
