    I have been with the company for about 9 months
    The good thingsI have given an opportunities to learn on retail managers work that gave me an advantage for future. And i learn alot about jewellery eg. gemstone and diamonds. We were train to do engraving services that i was not taught before therefore it was an amazing experience!
    The challengesSometimes it can be very tight in schedule for reports and tasks that i was not able to serve more customers. Perhaps the company could recruit another manager or an assistant manager to help out with the company organisation.
