    A great environment to grow
The good thingsThe colleagues, management and culture of the organisation was very condusive for a person to learn and grow. Scopes of the projects carried out are vast and the knowledge and experience you gain is very valuable. Management is approachable and recognises and rewards performance. Working atmosphere is also a very friendly one where you could easily approach anyone in the organisation for help. Its a great place to work while enjoying what you do. The workplace is fun where you feel like a second home.
The challengesAs in any working environment there can be challenges but the friendly and approachable nature of the management and colleagues will allow you to overcome any challenges that may arise.

The good thingsIt was wonderful working with the people at the Management and ground level. Staff were kind and cooperative and made it a good place to work in. They gave me lots of room to grow and empowered me while I was there.
The challengesChallenges are in every organisation. Its up to us how we look at it. As for me I had a wonderful boss who always gave her time and listening ear to all of us.

    Could be better
The good thingsExperienced co-workers. Big company.
The challengesProvide wage based on your qualification, not your past work experience. Expects you to do more with low wage. Lack of motivation, positive words from the higher management. They don't really look at how well you do but what results you can achieve for the company, which ends up, they get the credit, not their staff. Quite a high turnover.

The good thingsYour manager will be highly supportive. CEO is the smartest and someone worth meeting and learning from.
The challengesLiterally long working hours 8:15am to 6Pm( transport leaves only after 6Pm). 45mins of lunch break. You may not like the office much.

    Underpaid, overloaded.
The good thingsGood colleagues and middle-management do not suppress you with their superiority.
The challengesTight and near impossible dateline tasks on shoestring budget. Corresponding with egoistic superiors with little or no technical knowledge of the company, my job and even their job.
