    conducive work environment
    The good thingssatisfying place to work, colleagues are supportive when i first started out. lots of room for advancement, when i started out all those years ago i was just a fresh grad, senior teachers and management were very helpful in training me to the competent teacher that i am today.
    The challengessome days working hours can be abit late, but not very often. Very busy around the exam periods.
