The challengesThis is happened almost every week that Individual will be tasked to help out on other department role due to their inefficiency. The company might be consider new as it only established nearly 4 year old in Singapore. Take for instance, myself, as a manufacturing engineer, I have to help to cover production planning, materials sourcing, shipping, liaising with both customer and supplier.
