    The good thingsWork load are not as much as it is a smaller firm. But you wouldn't expect a very good salary range and career advancement. Colleague are good, friendly able to share knowledge sometimes.
    The challengesNot much knowledge for you to learn. No much benefit for an employee to be looking for as compare to much bigger firm which located in the town/CBD area.
