    Top Management Sets A Caring Culture With Freedom To Perform The Job Without Micro-managing. Team spirit & Family Bonding Amongst Colleagues
    The good thingsNot having to work on weekends, Management is understanding and supportive of my roles with freedom to work & get the job done. Feel like part of the family even though working in a neighbouring country (Malaysia). Colleagues are helpful and willing to share what they know so together the team can excel & optimize the workflow better. There is good recognition from the Top for job well done. Lots of opportunities to grow in my roles.
    The challengesNot able to be physically with most of my colleagues due to geographical distance. But then again, Covid has forced many to work remotely or from home.
