    Good company
    The good thingsCompany provides various benefits to their employees. The whole concept of the workplace environment was pretty nice and comfortable. Really appreciate the good facilities as well as the friendly colleagues.
    The challengesHowever, company should focus on foster more friendship and create more bonds as the people there seem to be less close with their colleagues. Some specific departments are segregated by the high desks which leads to less communication and interaction among the employees.
