    Physical demanding. Have to clear stock on the pallets and display it on the shelves and do presentable shelves display within 5 hours. Manager will take photo and give warnings if it is not done in the schedule time. Those work done beyond office hours is not claimable.

    The challengesIf no manpower, ever happened 1 female retail assistant hospitalised after clearing 10 pallets of goods alone when the rest of team either off, mc or on-leave that day.

    The challengesI serve different kind of customers whose very demanding and complaint, but i manage to solve the issue whereby customer wants.

    The good thingsPerformance is based on statistics. Bonus is not bad.
    The challengesThere is a clear divide of department between executives and non-executives. Executives will ignore the non-executives, no interactions or building rapport like we owe them a living. Non-executives required to do shift work while executives is ''grey area'' and flexible. Shift allowance is laughable. Micromanage. You will be looked down on. Customer focus first, employees never. Work is heavily driven by statistics and customer reviews that will affect your wellbeing.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues , all in the same ship together. Its the colleagues that you work with get you through each day.
    The challengesManagement views solely on statistics and does not care about employee welfare or overwork. Frequently push staffs and expect to constant improvement with stagnant below average salary. Top management(executives) too heavy, non-executives below suffer because of ''Staff freeze''. One mistake and you get warning regardless of how good or efficient you are previously.

    The challengesWorked for the company both as a store staff and as a HQ staff. Both ways management wasn't good, simply expected good results after teaching bare minimum to do the work, "you may approach for assistance or guidance" was not a promise but simply a line thrown out. plus for such a big organisation their pay wasn't even competitive.

    The good thingsSometimes the company provide good benefits for staff, but to be honest nothing much was done during covid.
    The challengesSome of the HR is very biased, they claim that they can help us settle our issues but it feels like they never do anything... most of the time have to find other jurnior staff cuz the "business partner" not around... furthermore we cannot go HQ find them without appointment.
