Alot of responsibilities must be taken intuitively and when there's a blow back - I'm on my own.
The good thingsBoss is not constantly at your back. Flexible working hours.
The challengesTo know the actual job scope will take some time as there is no set job scope. It differs with the location that we're sent to, to oversee operations

Wonderful working environment with wonderful people
The good thingsThe family oriented environment. The 2x bonus a year. The office environment which is extremely warm and homely. And of course to finally have our own building with a touch of creative interior designs.
The challengesBeing a Halal Officer for the company is indeed a heavy responsibility works. Doing DSTA submission and proposal in bringing in new items to SAF camps is a very challenging portfolio as it is a need to liaise with 3 departments, the QA, the operation people and the DSTA QA.
