    No career progression
The good thingsGreat staff benefits and location.
The challengesAlthough staff benefits are great but some may abuse it to their advantage. Management should adhere to the rules and regulations set by the human resource department more strictly, especially individual department heads to show as an example to their staff. Almost everyone works individually, keeps to themselves and has a mind of their own; maybe this is the culture hence it is challenging working with them. There is no career progression and development. Pay increment is low and slow unless you have a promotion. Hope they can improve on the above to make it a better working place for newcomers.

Great Benefits But Nothing More Than That
The good thingsGreat location located at centralized area, extensive of staff benefits which are pretty good.
The challengesNo career progression and management is not strict when it comes to dealing with certain (sensitive) matters. Certain rules and regulations were not followed but management did not pursue further resulting in repercussions. Due to extensive of staff benefits, some abused it to their advantages. Staff benefits cannot be compensated with lack of good management, hope the company can and is willing to look into this further.

    Ideal for stepping stone
The good thingsIf you are fresh graduate, this is quite a steady work environment to explore and learn more about the working environment. Pantry does have a wide variety of refreshment and the office is situated in a rather accessible location.
The challengesManagement, there could be quite a number of benefits stated that are not well explored by any one in the company. Though the benefits may seem extensive, do take everything with a pinch of salt. No room for career growth/progression especially if what you seek is eventually to climb the ladder towards other departments as well.

    Good Working Colleagues
The good thingsColleagues are friendly, and Staff Benefits are quite good. Meals are not as expensive compared to Raffles Place.
The challengesThe culture. Everyone just likes to push the responsibilities.
