    The good thingsGood staff benefits: Safra staff card Medical Card (Free medical under panel clinics) 13 month bonus Performance bonus Opportunity for professional development Working environment is spacious and nice for a childcare. Most of the classes have an individual classroom unlike those open concept childcare whereby you can here everyone screaming at their top of the voice.
    The challengesI realised that the salary range given is slightly on the low side. Hence, I hope that they are able to provide employees with competitive salary range. Besides that, the childcare normally does not have children attending on Saturday. Hence can consider applying for closure on Saturday and provide 5 days work week for employees.
