    Always trying to cut corners
    The good thingsDifficult to say. HR only cares about the company. Management only care drinking parties and then try to cut every cost. Complain about even 50 dollars more but blow hundreds in their private parties. Management push everything down to lowest staff as possible. Used to be good with Japanese management as they were fair, but now the management only care profit and nothing about staff. Staff weakness is just to get tax breaks.
