    Poor site managements. Multi tasking, no life balance.
    The good thingsHQ top managements vision very clear and share good knowledge among project teams. Salary never late. good bonus, etc, (below managers levels) colleagues can work as team.
    The challengesMulti tasking. Bad site managements, only like to scold, no solution. your explanation will take it as challenge him, bring his previous culture to current company, no life balance, force to joint their drinking dinner etc. multi task, no life balance. 7pm off will get scold.

    The challengesCan't really walk the talk. Everything is quite superficial. If the project is delayed, safety is least priority. Further more the contract is drafted in such a way that subcon who gotten the contract, main con provide the necessary resources such as man, materials, machine etc to save cost. Subcon who has poor safety performance are being awarded, therefore at the end of the day the price still matters for the sake of profit margin. Typical business mindset.
