    The good thingsStaff welfare was well taken care of. Colleagues were vibrant individuals in a fast moving environment. Positive environment to work in.
    The challengesTravel time was a challenge yet was able to be punctual. Working from home was an asset for cutting down on the travel time. Managing time with home and between travel to and from work was the biggest challenge. Staying in Pioneer MRT (leaving home at 545am) and working in Tampines MRT (reaching home at 11pm).

    Best Office Experience So Far
    The good thingsApproachable and friendly seniors who are always willing to support each other to complete tasks and overcome hurdles together.
    The challengesAs i was not stationed in the same office as the rest of my department, reaching them could be challenging at times. Overall, nothing that can't be overcome with Skype meetings and our current technology.

    My supervisior is very experienced in dealing with loan cases and I learnt a lot from her and other colleagues.
    The good thingsEveryday's work is different. Thus, there are many learning opportunity. Manager always open to my ideas and offers feedback.
    The challengesI learnt financial and banking in school but not familiar with housing loan cases. I was a little stressful at the beginning. Luckily, my supervisor and mentor were very experienced and willing to guide me. I learnt very quickly to understand complex cases and was able to perform my job well. At the end gained good commend from my supervisor.

    Tiring but challenging experience
    The good thingsPay was relatively higher than peers from other industry. Willing to train staff, and there even a campus which allow staff to take interesting courses related to personal or banking. Good working relationship among peers.
    The challengesLong hours may be required especially if the team is small. Less training provided on technical stuff. Have to picked up during one own free time.

    My current work matter
    The good thingsBe able to learn new things while helping customer to solve their queries. Some good customer will appreciate your help and give you a good rating. Always finish my daily duty end of the day, less follow up work or piling up of work for next day.
    The challengesThere are lots of banking products i.e., various type of a/c , internet mobile banking, various type of debit card, atm card and credit card, loans. There are always new learning opportunity. Everyday interact with different walk of life of customer and to help them solve their queries and banking needs.
