She's very helpful and works fast response when called upon to look into matters happened. Very effective and responsible person. Nice working with you team in Waterbay EC.👍🙂

    Average Job, Bad industry to be in (customer service), politics always from tenants and council
    The good thingsGreat people working within the operations. Always be able to cheer each other up. Help is around, but you must ASK. though you still need to learn how to clear your own work.
    The challengesBelow average salary, lots of work to clear, need to be an arrow dodger and able to be nimble. Plenty of politics especially between council and tenants or landlords. Company only focus on their own goals.
