    Worst experience, unfair treatment
The good thingsHaving a few good colleagues around to support logical decision-making and fairness in the company.
The challengesWorking environment is tense between colleagues and in my personal experience, unfair treatment to me despite trying to do the right thing which I had shared with my colleagues and got their support. Management also tried to take employees' benefits away such as hospitalization leave and medical leave. This happened during my time and things may have been improved. Good luck

Great Boss and good working atmosphere
The good things1. More than working for a great company, you would like to work for a great boss and Luckily for me Oil States had both. 2. Excellent Working atmosphere 3. Great team 4. Good work life balance
The challenges1. Lack of proper communication between team members once in a while has caused certain problems in project but 99% percent of the times, everyone worked towards the common goal without any egos.

Good place to start as a fresh grad
The good thingsPick up lots of new skills Opportunities given to learn and attend related course Meet up with different people as the management and co-worker consist of people of different nationalities Dinner, lunch are provided sometimes to show appreciation for workers Able to communicate with customer from different parts of the world (customer all the way from South East asia till States)
The challengesCommunication between departments could be strengthen as the barrier between departments are there and instruction may not be pass down correctly. To adapt to different way and culture as it's higher management are made up of people from USA, UK, Scotland and Singapore.
