    The good thingsNothing much good regarding the company In fact the company has lots of improvement require but the only final say and decision maker would be the Japanese expat in the company. Only can follow and not decision making within the company . even as a manager , you have to follow the expat Japanese direction even their direction is wrong you could not bring up the topics
    The challengesThe human complex which the people could not listen to new option as well as things that can improve in their area of work. Only stick the the old method and not try new method to improve and totally does not understand lean manufacturing concept as well as six sigma concept . The people only able to do what they are told to do and not out of the box or an extra step effort
