Used to be a place with a lot of heart and kindness. That's severely lacking now.The good thingsThis place used to be people centric. When people fell through the cracks from lack of recognition, your boss would actually action on it, and follow through. The conventional wisdom of never accepting a counter, was countered here for me because I did accept a counter to retain and was still promoted subsequently and was valued.
The challengesThe management has changed drastically in the last few years. They do not bother to correct when they overpromise and under-deliver. You are not valued, mainly only through lip service but not through action.
