    Hopeless place to work
    The good things- there are some nice colleagues around.
    The challenges- Higher management held a grudge with some staff and not willing to share why they are unhappy, so it is impossible for staff to understand what went wrong. - terrible office politics - No real training given to new staff and they do not really understand the SOP in the company - Low salary - Very bad benefits - Extremely lousy work-life balance

    It has learning experience working here and challenging at times, but the compensation needs to improve.
    The good thingsI enjoyed learning new technology and learning about Project Flow in Oil and Gas. Project Engineers need to take full responsibility and execute projects well, this leads to a lot of learning.
    The challengesThe amount of responsibility a project engineer takes is a lot but the salary for Project Engineers is below par with other companies in the industry.
