    Good company but with expected agency drawbacks
    The good thingsGood work culture, family culture, celebrating wins, nice offices with waterviews, collaboration with other agencies like BBDO
    The challengesLong work hours, limited bonus, lower pay than in house roles but this is to be expected, very focused on bottom line to their detriment at times
