    The challengesLack of trust from higher management. Too many rockstars spoil the band. Insecurity from management. Everyone is working hard, too impress the boss to climb at the expense of actually appreciating others around them. Company values are for show. High turnover of staff. Promote work-lilfe balance but micro manage staff.
