    Nothing gets done in the company
    The good thingsThe job itself is okay. Sales people are okay also. Challenging to be working in a medical aesthetics group with 3 brands under it's umbrella.
    The challengesNothing gets approved as the bosses are hardly in the office. If they do come in, it will be after working hours or around 6 pm or so and will have long meetings which leads to OT which is not being compensated. Certain people in the office are not co-operative in terms of collaboration in terms of project and will hinder your working process. But they are still being favored. Salary is always delayed also.
