    Good for gaining working experience, but you will need huge personal sacrifices to exchange for career progression.
    The good thingsGood healthcare benefit with coverage of spouse and children. Opportunities for career development were pretty rapid due to newly set up business model. Working environment were good with minimal office politics.
    The challengesMuch improvements required for honesty from the management team in dealing with manpower issues. Management decision-making were also poor with often empty promises. No perf. bonus apart from AWS, and company scrim on yearly increment unless your performance were over the top. Team is always running on lean manpower with workload will be over-stacked during the absence of other employers.

    Good experience for a 1st job
    The good thingsThe employer was good in providing training for all the members of the team. It really helped a lot especially since the dept at that time was still new. The boss at that time was really hands on. He made sure that all of his staff are well taken care of in terms of benefits. The employees enjoy medicine reimbursement with no limit as long as it was prescribed by a doctor.
    The challengesWhat is challenging is that the employer expected too much from the new dept. They asked the team to do several tasks that overloaded most of the members. Also, replacement for those employees who left the company are slow to arrive thus making it more difficult for those left behind.
