The challengesThe company has been acquiring other companies to grow but the integration was not well done. They acquired companies and made redundancy check within 3 months. 30% workforce reduction within those 3 months. Severance package is close to non existence even if you are with your ex company for more than 5 years. Those less than a year will have nothing unless stipulated by labour law.
