Separation - My ExperienceThe good thingsLeast concern for employees on exit. I am confused, this is is due to Comapny itself or its HR Employee.
In any case, I had a gut feeling of no concern on the following.
1. Salary Payment
2. Not confident in their own TAX calculations despite the fact, the laws in Sungapore are simple.
The challengesThe company should have make the following ready after getting the things done from exit employee.
1. Salary cheque / credit irrespective of the date for payment of salary for ongoing employees.
2. Tax calculation sheet and deduction thereof from Salary.
3. Experience Certificate.
All the above could be done in an hours time after getting the formalities competed from the exit employee.
