    The management is alright but there are a lot of miscommunications.

    Very Bad Contractual Terms, HR Unresponsive
    The good thingsThere is nothing good about the company.
    The challengesHR is unresponsive to enquiries etc. If I have employment issues, they will not be taken care of despite multiple emails and calls.

    The good thingsThey are fast in request and processing of paper works. All the terms and condition are easily understood. They easily give consultant a target position in companies and helps if there is a request to change company. The salary is competitive and they also covered health insurance for the dependent. Most people are polite and easy to talk to. As per resigning, there is no hassle and all is expla
    The challengesThe transition from home country to target company will be a bit hard if the employee doest not have prior experience in travelling. The employee needs to travel alone without being accompanied by the HR. Nobody will fetch also and the employee need to be very resourceful figuring things out.

    Separation - My Experience
    The good thingsLeast concern for employees on exit. I am confused, this is is due to Comapny itself or its HR Employee. In any case, I had a gut feeling of no concern on the following. 1. Salary Payment 2. Not confident in their own TAX calculations despite the fact, the laws in Sungapore are simple.
    The challengesThe company should have make the following ready after getting the things done from exit employee. 1. Salary cheque / credit irrespective of the date for payment of salary for ongoing employees. 2. Tax calculation sheet and deduction thereof from Salary. 3. Experience Certificate. All the above could be done in an hours time after getting the formalities competed from the exit employee.
